A new luxury cabaret and live entertainment destination backed by a globally renowned entertainment brand is preparing to open in Dubai in 2026. The venue will feature two nightly performances in a 200+ seat premium theatre on Palm Jumeirah, delivering a refined entertainment and hospitality experience. We are seeking a Commercial Director to lead the venue’s commercial strategy from pre-opening through live operations. This role will build the revenue architecture, oversee ticket sales performance, and develop strategic partnerships to ensure strong occupancy and premium positioning.

Oversee, direct, and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership of restaurant staff necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

Work with a team that provide a friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Ensure that guests are having the greatest experience, by allocating smartly and provide support to floor team. Work closely with the reception/reservations Manager to monitor guest satisfaction at all time.

Responsible for assisting the kitchen team in food preparation, cooking, and overall kitchen operations. Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet the standards of the establishment.

Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to culinary standards.

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return.

Provide timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests.
