Overview We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR and Administration Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have HR/Admin experience within the hospitality or F&B industry and be capable of managing day-to-day HR/Admin operations in a fast-paced environment. The role will also have significant responsibility for PRO activities, employment visa processing and work permit administration, with multiple new work permits and visa applications expected to be processed over the coming months.

Overview We are seeking an experienced Chef de Rang to join our Front of House team at Le Majlis, Palm Jumeirah.

Oversee, direct, and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership of restaurant staff necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

Work with a team that provide a friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Ensure that guests are having the greatest experience, by allocating smartly and provide support to floor team. Work closely with the reception/reservations Manager to monitor guest satisfaction at all time.

Responsible for assisting the kitchen team in food preparation, cooking, and overall kitchen operations. Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet the standards of the establishment.

Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to culinary standards.

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return.

Provide timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests.
