111 Management is seeking a commercially driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy across multiple hospitality concepts in Dubai. This role requires strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage restaurant openings, marketing campaigns, and brand development while collaborating with operations teams, agencies, and creative partners to deliver impactful guest experiences.

A new luxury cabaret and live entertainment destination backed by a globally renowned entertainment brand is opening in Dubai in 2026. The venue will feature two nightly performances in a 200+ seat premium theatre on Palm Jumeirah, delivering a refined entertainment and hospitality experience. We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily on-site operations of the venue and ensure the smooth execution of each performance from guest arrival through the end of the evening. This role will be present before, during, and after each show, coordinating the flow of the venue, managing guest experience operations, and ensuring seamless collaboration between front-of-house, kitchen, technical, and performance teams.
