The Booking Department Executive will be responsible for managing all booking inquiries from table bookers, concierges, coordinating with different venues, tracking client expenses to calculate commissions owed to bookers, and ensuring timely payments.

  • This person will be the key contact for all booking-related activities and ensure a seamless communication process between venues and table bookers.
  • This person will also actively send and promote all events organized in our venues to our qualified database.
  • This person will actively and constantly update the database with various information.

The Events Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution. This role ensures that events are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget. The manager works closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event operations and exceptional guest experiences.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the General Manager / Assistant General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. This role involves ensuring high standards of customer service, managing staff, and maintaining the quality and efficiency of service.

The Pool Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the hotel pool and surrounding areas. This includes ensuring the safety of guests, coordinating poolside activities and events, managing inventory, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service. The Pool Manager will also play a key role in organizing and managing poolside parties and events, working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Oversee, direct, and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership of restaurant staff necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
