The Booking Department Executive will be responsible for managing all booking inquiries from table bookers, concierges, coordinating with different venues, tracking client expenses to calculate commissions owed to bookers, and ensuring timely payments.
- This person will be the key contact for all booking-related activities and ensure a seamless communication process between venues and table bookers.
- This person will also actively send and promote all events organized in our venues to our qualified database.
- This person will actively and constantly update the database with various information.
The Door Manager is responsible for overseeing the entrance operations of the establishment, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience. This role involves managing guest entry, coordinating with security, and providing excellent customer service.

The manager works closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event operations and exceptional guest experiences.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the General Manager / Assistant General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. This role involves ensuring high standards of customer service, managing staff, and maintaining the quality and efficiency of service.
