BENOIT LAMONERIE
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Highly accomplished senior management professional, with more than 20 years of comprehensive, results - driven experience managing private and listed companies in local and international partnerships across Real Estate, Hospitality, F&B, Entertainment, and Motor Sports, with a proven track record of achieving sustainable profitability.
As CEO of various publicly listed companies in the UAE, Benoit has spearheaded the development of various F&B subsidiaries ultimately operating up to 35 brands in the region.
During his tenures Benoit has developed a strong expertise in operating successful restaurants both franchised and homegrown.
Since 2019, he has put his network and experience at the service of 111 MANAGEMENT and continue working with its large base of local and international brands and investors.
JULIEN PILARD
Chief Operating Officer
With a strong background in hospitality business for the last 20 years, Julien has a perfect understanding of hotel and stand-alone restaurant, especially in Dubai market where he landed 11 years ago.
Julien is leading the Food and Beverage program for 111 MANAGEMENT with his passion, strategic planning and commitment to delivering luxury and authentic experiences. A natural-born leader with a passion and dedication to the hospitality sector, Julien has worked in various countries from New York, UK to France and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in the food and beverage sector. Julien is overseeing the day-today operations of 111 MANAGEMENT Dubai’s multiple dining venues.
NISARG BHATT
Chief Financial Officer
Sailing the financial direction of 111 Management, Nisarg Bhatt, stands out for his mastery in strategic planning, capital project management, corporate governance, and investor value protection. He is responsible for overseeing the finance function across the group and has strong background in F&B industry with 15 years of managerial experience.
He had led and/or been part of some of the renowned outlets like Coya group worldwide, Arts club Dubai, Cipriani Miami, and New York, Seaspice and brasseries Miami, 21Grams New York etc for their financial and accounting functions. He is experienced working across GCC, London, Paris, Mykonos, Sardinia, Monaco, Ibiza, New York, Miami, India
He has built a robust team and policies that aligns seamlessly with our group’s broader ambitions, ensuring our brands always stay a step ahead policy. Nisarg is committed to financial improvement and transparency by linking operation and finance together.
SACHA BOULESTEIX
Chief Lifestyle Officer
Sacha is a seasoned expert with an impressive 17 years in the hospitality and events sector, specializing in carving out niche markets and delivering tailor- made services. As the Chief Lifestyle Officer at 111 MANAGEMENT, he offers his expertise to a diverse range of sectors including fine dining, entertainment, beach clubs, nightlife, recruitment, events, and decor.
His role as a natural networker and self-driven leader, combined with his proficiency in communication, makes him an asset in multicultural settings and diverse stakeholder collaborations. Sacha's international exposure is marked by numerous awards and recognitions in hospitality and event management. Driven by his passion for excellence and enhancing the quality of life for his clients, Sacha is dedicated to being a transformative influence in the lifestyle industry.
ALINA TSAPINA
Chief Business Officer
Alina has extensive experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments, with a focus on analytics, strategy, business management, and development. After earning her degree in Business Management and Technology from the Technical University of Munich, she contributed to leading technology companies such as Amazon and Salesforce in London, where she managed the largest customer portfolios, handled financial impact assessments, KPIs, negotiations, and stakeholder inclusion. She later accepted a role as Director of Revenue and Strategy for an international hospitality company, which operated in Qatar during the Football World Cup. There, she was involved in planning and executing VIP Hospitality for serving 50,000 VIP guests and managing a team of 1,000 employees. Alina is delighted to serve as the Chief Business Officer at 111 MANAGEMENT, where she oversees strategic business initiatives and ensures operational efficiency across the company.
MARTA FIDALGO
Assistant Director of Operations
Holding over 16 years of hospitality experience, Marta started her career back in Portugal. Graduated in Marketing & Tourism, followed people have always been her passion. Moving to London when she was 23 years old and having worked in the most outstanding store department in the world “Harrods”, Marta holds a backpack of luxury experience.
Moving to Dubai in 2016 and having worked in Kempinski, Al Naseem and Burj Al Arab, she has a proven track record in managing large scale operations and a deep passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
In her role she is committed to keep enhancing guest experiences and deliver outstanding hospitality through working closely with the operation teams. Her leadership vision is that “our people are the core of our success” which aligns with the group vision and commitment.
DEJAN CIROVIC
Group Executive Chef
Chef Dejan Cirovic is the culinary visionary behind 111 Management’s flagship restaurants in Dubai, including Kaspia, Beefbar, Le Petit Beefbar, and Terra Solis… With over 15 years of experience in international fine dining, Chef Dejan brings a wealth of skill and creativity to each of these acclaimed venues. He began his career at Victoria Station in Belgrade, quickly making a name for himself and elevating the dining experience with his talent. His journey continued in Dubai at Roberto’s Restaurant, where he contributed to award-winning success, followed by roles at Cipriani and Cova Montenapoleone 1817, refining his expertise in menu creation and team leadership. Known for his signature roasting and sautéing techniques, Chef Dejan crafts innovative, sophisticated dishes that position 111 Management as a leader in upscale dining. His dedication to perfection and flair for culinary innovation make each dining experience unforgettable.
LUCIE VERKINDRE
Group Marketing Manager
Lucie is deeply passionate about the realms of creativity, marketing, and travel. Having resided in Miami, Hawaii, and now Dubai, she brings a wealth of diverse experiences to her role. With comprehensive expertise in 360-degree marketing, Lucie primarily focuses on enhancing brand visibility, customer engagement, and spearheading the launch of new ventures. She develops brand books, strategies, and budgets for each restaurant, ensuring that our brands exert an irresistible allure and stand out prominently in the market. Lucie is dedicated to ensuring that our brands not only distinguish themselves but also captivate audiences with their unique appeal.
YOUNES ZARQOUN
Group Beverage Manager
Younes Zarqoun is an esteemed professional with over 10 years in the world of beverage management, currently serving as the Group Beverage Manager for 111 MANAGEMENT in Dubai since September 2023. With a rich background spanning various prestigious establishments, including Roberto’s, Cavalli Club Restaurant & Lounge, Sushisamba, and Beefbar, Younes brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to his role.
His responsibilities encompass managing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages across multiple outlets under 111 MANAGEMENT, from creating wine lists and cocktail menus to negotiating with suppliers and brand managers. Brands under 111 MANAGEMENT include Atelier Robuchon, Caviar Kaspia, Le Petit Beefbar, and of course Beefbar. Younes excels in staff training, event organisation, and cost control, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
ANNA SHIROKOVA
Corporate Sales Manager
Anna is the Corporate Sales Manager at 111 Management, bringing extensive experience in hospitality, corporate sales, and business development. Before joining 111 Management, Anna gained valuable experience with prestigious brands like The St. Regis Downtown, where she focused on business development and client relations within the corporate segment. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional experiences, Anna oversees events and collaborates with clients to design customized experiences across 111 Management's exclusive venues. She is dedicated to building lasting client relationships and ensuring every event is executed flawlessly.
TIFFANY PILARD
Consultant - Project Manager
Highly Passionate about food and joie de vivre, her strong belief is that: “Everyone needs to eat but not everyone has a memorable experience when walking though a restaurant” led her to work at Bar Boulud, Mandarin Oriental London where she learned consistency, attention to details and organization. She went back to Lyon, and obtained a Master’s degree in International Hotel and Restaurant Management from L’Institut Paul Bocuse.
Tiffany is sociable, available for the team, and believes employees are the main asset of a company.
She joined the pre-opening team of Marina Social by Jason Atherton, followed by the opening of Ruya, a modern Turkish operated by Dogus Group. She is now involved with 111 MANAGEMENT.
