Culinary Excellence
Since the renovation of our restaurant, chef Hervé Lussault has been making your taste buds dance. From Touraine to Paris, he honed his skills in the kitchen with world-famous chefs including Alain Senderens and Charles Barrier.
Winner of several awards, he now practices his art in our gourmet restaurant in Indre-et-Loire, to the delight of gourmets.
Elegant and sophisticated, the decor of the dining room immerses you in a hushed atmosphere, perfect for tasting. Every detail is a reminder of the luxury of the setting, inviting you to enjoy the moment.
Very popular in summer, the terrace is delightfully shaded and offers a breathtaking view of the meandering Loire. You can admire the nonchalant flow of the royal river as you make your culinary discoveries.
