Overview
The Pool Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the hotel pool and surrounding areas. This includes ensuring the safety of guests, coordinating poolside activities and events, managing inventory, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service. The Pool Manager will also play a key role in organizing and managing poolside parties and events, working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pool operations, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Manage poolside amenities, including towels, lounge chairs, and cabanas.
- Plan and execute poolside parties and events, working with the events team and other departments.
- Coordinate logistics, including setup, staffing, catering, and entertainment.
- Ensure events run smoothly and guests have a memorable experience.
- Provide information about poolside services and amenities, promoting a positive guest experience.
- Handle special requests and VIP services with discretion and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- (1) years minimum experience in a similar role in four- or five-star hotel
- UAE/GCC local market experience
