Overview

The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office department, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, efficient front desk operations, and effective coordination with other hotel departments. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the efficient management of the front office operations, including all related services to ensure profitability through proper planning, organizing, directing, implementing and control.
  • Ensure ongoing liaising and coordinating with all departments of the entity to ensure total guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver an exceptional experience to Guests from check-in through check-out.
  • Supervise the Front Office team to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate for the purpose of maximizing revenue
  • Maintains a professional cohesive team by hiring, training, coaching, counseling and developing the most qualified individuals.

Qualifications

  • Two (2) years minimum experience in similar position in a five- or four-star hotel.
  •  UAE/GCC local market experience
