HR Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have HR experience within the hospitality or F&B industry, and be capable of managing day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day HR operations of the company.
  • Handle the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding.
  • Manage employee records, contracts, HR documentation and personnel files.
  • Coordinate visa, work permit and other employee-related government processes.
  • Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee benefits.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and UAE Labour Law.
  • Support performance management, probation reviews and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE requirements and company HR policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.
  • Support management in implementing HR policies, procedures and initiatives.
  • Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to employees and management when required.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience and 2 years as HR Manager, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role.
  • Hospitality/F&B experience is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of UAE employment regulations and HR practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Professional, approachable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
