MARKETING MANAGER – 111 Management

Overview

111 Management is seeking a commercially driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy across multiple hospitality concepts in Dubai. This role requires strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage restaurant openings, marketing campaigns, and brand development while collaborating with operations teams, agencies, and creative partners to deliver impactful guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute marketing strategies for multiple restaurants and lifestyle venues within the group.
  • Manage marketing plans for new venue openings, including pre-opening campaigns, launch events, and media exposure.
  • Develop marketing calendars, promotional campaigns, and brand activations to drive revenue and guest traffic.
  • Coordinate with PR agencies, digital agencies, photographers, and videographers to deliver consistent brand storytelling.
  • Supervise the graphic designer and ensure all visual assets align with the brand identity and marketing strategy.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials including menus, social media content, newsletters, and promotional assets.
  • Plan and execute marketing activations, influencer collaborations, and media events.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on results and data.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources across venues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B brands.
  • Proven experience managing restaurant openings or hospitality projects.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional departments.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • UAE or GCC experience
