Operations Manager – Luxury Entertainment Venue
Overview
A new luxury cabaret and live entertainment destination backed by a globally renowned entertainment brand is opening in Dubai in 2026. The venue will feature two nightly performances in a 200+ seat premium theatre on Palm Jumeirah, delivering a refined entertainment and hospitality experience. We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily on-site operations of the venue and ensure the smooth execution of each performance from guest arrival through the end of the evening. This role will be present before, during, and after each show, coordinating the flow of the venue, managing guest experience operations, and ensuring seamless collaboration between front-of-house, kitchen, technical, and performance teams.Responsibilities
Show & Venue Operations

Oversee the full operational flow of each performance evening from venue preparation through guest departure

Ensure the venue is fully ready before doors open, including seating arrangements, guest areas, and operational readiness

Supervise the execution of both nightly performances to ensure smooth timing and coordination
Guest Flow & Experience

Manage guest arrival, seating flow, and movement throughout the venue

Coordinate with Guest Experience and Front-of-House teams to ensure smooth and efficient service

Oversee VIP arrivals, special reservations, and guest requests during the evening
Front-of-House & Service Coordination

Work closely with restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams to ensure service timing aligns with the show schedule

Coordinate closely with the Chef and F&B leadership to maintain smooth dining and service flow during performances

Ensure the guest experience reflects the venue’s premium standards at every stage of the evening
Show Readiness & Team Coordination

Coordinate with stage management, performers, technical teams, and front-of-house staff to ensure show readiness

Ensure transitions between show segments, dining service, and guest movement are well managed
Operational Oversight

Identify and resolve operational issues quickly during live service

Maintain high standards of organization, safety, and operational discipline across the venue

Ensure the venue operates smoothly across both nightly performances
Post-Show Operations

Oversee guest departure flow and closing procedures at the end of each evening

Ensure the venue is properly reset and prepared for the following day’s operations
Qualifications
We are looking for a confident and hands-on operations professional who thrives in live hospitality and entertainment environments where precision, timing, and guest experience are critical.

Strong operational experience in luxury hospitality, live entertainment venues, theatres, restaurants, or nightlife environments

Comfortable managing live service and show environments where timing and coordination are essential

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and operational discipline

Natural leader able to coordinate multiple teams during fast-paced live operations

Strong problem-solver who remains calm and decisive under pressure

Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in premium environments

Fluent English required; Arabic is an asset
