Overview

111 Management is seeking a commercially driven and creative Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry program. This role requires strong menu development skills, financial awareness, and the ability to inspire and collaborate with a high-performing team while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative, well-costed dessert menus aligned with the brand.
  • Create signature and seasonal offerings with strong visual and commercial appeal.
  • Manage food cost, wastage, inventory, and supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Group Executive Chef for management on pricing, promotions, and revenue growth.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the pastry team, ensuring strong communication and teamwork.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction and contribute to social media-ready presentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a senior pastry leadership role within dining or luxury hospitality.
  • Proven commercial awareness and cost control expertise.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and trend-aware.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
